The Aeronautical Technology Institute (ITA) is already accepting applications for its 2023 entrance exam. The institution’s selection process aims to fill 150 vacancies in six undergraduate courses. Those interested have until July 15. It is important to highlight that, since 2019, the Aeronautical Technology Institute has made positions available for Black candidates, with 20% of the total vacancies designated for racial quotas. In addition, among ITA’s opportunities, 36 are aimed at those wishing to pursue a military career, while the remaining are for candidates interested in working as civilians.

The 150 vacancies at the Aeronautical Technology Institute (ITA) are open to individuals of both genders, provided they are at most 23 years old.

It is important to highlight that all courses at the Aeronautical Technology Institute (ITA) are in the Exact Sciences area and have a duration of five years.
In the first two years, accepted students complete a foundational course focused on the basic content of Engineering. In the final years, the training consists of specific subjects.
How to Apply for ITA’s 2023 Selection Process?
Candidates interested in competing in the selection process can register online through ITA’s official website.
It will be necessary to fill out a registration form with essential data such as full name, gender, ethnicity, date of birth, CPF, RG, address, phone number, education, place of birth, among others. After filling out the registration form, candidates must pay a participation fee of R$ 195.
After graduation, students from the course assume the position of 1st lieutenant in the Aeronautics, guaranteeing an initial salary of R$ 8,245. Considering that it is a higher education institution, the Aeronautical Technology Institute attracts various students from many locations in Brazil.
The next year’s entrance exam will be held in cities such as: Belém, Belo Horizonte, Natal, Porto Alegre, Recife, Brasília, Ribeirão Preto, Campinas, Rio de Janeiro, Campo Grande, São José, Cuiabá, Curitiba, Fortaleza, São José do Rio Preto, Goiânia, Juiz de Fora, São Luís, São Paulo, Teresina, Londrina, Vitória, and Manaus.
Understand How the Selection Process for ITA 2023 Will Work
The first phase of the selection process, scheduled for October 16, will consist of 60 objective questions in Physics, English, Portuguese, and Chemistry, with each subject containing 12 questions.
The second phase, expected to take place on November 8 and 9, will include a test with 30 essay questions in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry, in addition to an essay.
Each subject will have 10 questions. In the third phase of the process, candidates will undergo a health inspection, which assesses the physical conditions to participate in the Aeronautics training. It is important to emphasize that candidates need to take a Portuguese Language test.
