With Investment in New Factory in the United States, Bauducco Will Create About 600 Jobs by 2025, Expanding Its Presence in the International Market.
Bauducco, a traditional Brazilian company known for its panettones and biscuits, is strengthening its global presence with a new investment in the United States. Founded in 1952, the company operates in over 50 countries and now plans to further expand its international operation. To achieve this, Bauducco is building a new factory in Florida, a project that is expected to generate around 600 new jobs by the end of 2025.
New Factory in the United States
With the new factory in Tampa, Bauducco expects to significantly increase its production capacity and nationalize part of its products.
This is the second major investment by the company in the United States, following the opening of its first international factory in Miami in 2018.

The Miami unit, which employs 150 people, already produces 50 million wafers per year, consolidating the brand as a runner-up in the North American market.
Now, the new factory promises to be even larger. With a significant investment, Bauducco plans to produce more wafers and, in the future, other products such as panettone, which has strong demand in the U.S. market.
The company already has 60,000 sales points in the country and expects this new factory to further boost its expansion.
Bauducco’s Investments in Brazil and Worldwide
Bauducco continues to invest both in Brazil and abroad. In Brazil, the company has five factories spread across São Paulo, Minas Gerais, and Alagoas, generating around 7,000 jobs.
In addition, Bauducco is expanding its Casa Bauducco store network, which serves consumers directly.
The brand has already invested R$ 37 million in modernizing its stores, and by 2025, half of the units should be updated with the new visual identity.
On the international front, Bauducco’s focus is on the United States, where its new investment will generate hundreds of jobs.
Bauducco wants the United States to become its main international market, and the new factory in Tampa is essential to this goal.
With the expansion, Bauducco hopes to reduce the need for imports and focus on local production to meet the growing demand.
Social Impact and Future
Bauducco also has a strong commitment to social impact. The company created the Bauducco Institute in 2018, offering vocational training in baking for young people in vulnerable situations.
The Institute has already trained 200 students, 80% of whom are employed.
This social effort reflects Bauducco’s commitment to generating jobs not only in its factories but also in helping to develop careers for those in need.
Besides Brazil, the United States continues to be a priority in the expansion process.
With investment in new factories, Bauducco will increase its international presence and continue generating new jobs both in Brazil and the United States. The new factory is an important milestone for the company, consolidating its position as a global leader and strategically expanding its operations.
