Aiming to provide career development opportunities for young students in social vulnerability, the program seeks talent to work in the company’s administrative, airport, and cargo areas.
The selection process for high school openings includes general knowledge and behavioral tests, followed by an in-person or online panel with managers and Azul’s Social Impact team. The selected candidates will undergo examinations and admission processes before starting their career program at the company. Requirements and Applications for the Azul Young Apprentice Program’s High School Openings
To participate in the high school openings, candidates must be between 16 and 22 years and 4 months old, be currently enrolled in high school or have already completed it, and not have previously worked as an apprentice. Applications for the openings can be made until February 7th BY CLICKING HERE.
