Logistics Services Buyer
Main Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new partner suppliers, negotiate, contract, and manage logistics service contracts for the international market, such as maritime freight, isotank leasing, port operations, and related operations;
- Contribute to evaluating and implementing new solutions to serve our customer chain;
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for logistics operations and cost reduction;
- Negotiate with suppliers the feasibility of contracts or spot purchases with analysis of price, delivery date, financial charges, payment terms, and deadlines;
Requirements:
- Complete higher education;
- Direct experience with the purchase of maritime services (freight negotiation, international bids negotiation, cabotage, isotank, etc.);
- Knowledge of import and export in national territory;
- Experience in logistics projects;
- Experience in industry (B2B or B2C);
- Intermediate Excel;
- Advanced English.
TS&D Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Connect the segment technology plan to customer needs ensuring project capture and adapting to the market;
- Establish relationships with clients according to market segmentation ensuring contacts and influence at all levels in technical areas, capture, execution, and delivery of projects;
- Represent Oxiteno in associations and events related to innovation and technology in the segment playing roles in committees and management level;
- Execute technology roadmaps focused on strategic clients;
- Coordinate communications and actions in global accounts ensuring uniformity in alignment with clients, better use of TS&D resources;
Requirements:
- Complete higher education (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biology);
- Experience with surfactants;
- Experience with product development/application;
- Experience with client portfolio management;
- Experience with team management;
- Fluent English;
