As a result, there is a need for expropriation in strategic areas, affecting significant enterprises.
Among the main expropriated locations is the Bosque Maia Station, which will replace a unit of McDonald’s, a branch of Santander, and a gas station of Shell, located at the intersection of Paulo Faccini and Tiradentes avenues in downtown Guarulhos.

Why Expropriate?
