The railway operator has job openings for the states of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo
MRS, a logistics operator for railway networks, opened a selection process for 70 job vacancies, distributed in the three states where the company operates, exclusively for engineers. Hiring will be for civil engineers, production engineers and electrical or telecommunications engineers. Applications will remain open until the end of December 2021 and can only be done via the MRS website.

The phases of the selection process for MRS job openings – interviews, dynamics and other tests – will begin in January 2022. The company's forecast is that those who get the job openings will start working over the next year.
All opportunities are for work in a hybrid model (home office and face-to-face), with face-to-face activities predominating. The positions are for Infrastructure Specialist and Project Specialist. It is a prerequisite that candidates have availability for travel and field work.
Activities of each area of job openings
The contracts for the position of Infrastructure Specialist will be part of the development and execution of works for the construction of tunnels, bridges and viaducts, in addition to expanding the network, patios and railroad terminals.
Those who will occupy the position of Project Specialist will work on two different fronts: in the development, technical approval and execution of railway projects for the expansion of MRS's production capacity in the states of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo; in the elaboration, development and execution of electronics, railway signaling, energy, telecommunications and automation projects.
In addition, other activities that may be assigned to these positions are application of project maturity methodology, risk and opportunity mapping for each project and its phase; as well as managing budgets and deadlines for the work of designers and internal and external interfaces and work teams.
