Petrobras is expected to complete the drilling of the Morpho well in the Foz do Amazonas in August 2026, the first well in the Equatorial Margin, an oil frontier that the ANP estimates at more than 30 billion barrels and could redraw the map of Brazil.
Location: Rio de Janeiro, RJ
The holder will ensure compliance of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with the company’s QSMS policies, rules, guidelines, and specifications, with the subsidiary’s QHSE management system, and with respect to local regulations SGSO, SGSS, and SGIP. He will need to contribute to the continuous improvement of QHSE performance and will have to actively participate in an ambitious implementation of SMS culture.
Requirements:
- Experience in Topside pre-commissioning/commissioning is mandatory;
- Experience in Brownfield and SIMOPS activities is mandatory;
- Experience in the subsea commissioning sector and subsea/field operations, oil and gas;
- Experience in EPCI project is mandatory;
- Experience with OPERCOM and ICAPS methodology is mandatory;
- Experience in preparing commissioning procedures and OTP is mandatory;
- Solid organizational skills, with respect to planning and budgeting;
- Behavioral Skills: Good coordination, leadership, and communication skills;
- Language Skills: Fluent English (spoken and written) and Portuguese are highly recommended;
