Raízen Multinational Announces 400 Open Positions For Interns and Young Apprentices With Salaries of R$ 2,000

Raízen, A Brazilian Multinational in The Bioenergy Sector, Has Hundreds of Entry-Level Positions Available in Various Areas. Learn More About The Internship Program and How To Apply. Don’t Miss This Opportunity!

Raízen, a multinational bioenergy company, announced on Wednesday (10) the opening of applications for the second cycle of its 2024 Talent Program. There are over 400 entry-level positions available in three programs: the Apprentice Program, Internship Program, and Affirmative Internship Program Transformar.

Overall, the Raízen program for apprentices offers 240 entry-level positions across different states in Brazil, with opportunities available in all areas of Raízen. Those interested in this program must be between 16 and 21 years old, be in high school or vocational training, and have availability to work 4 or 8 hours a day during morning or afternoon shifts.

No prior experience is required for these opportunities at the multinational. In addition to a competitive salary, apprentices will enjoy great benefits such as:

  • Annual Bonus;
  • Transportation Allowance or Shuttle Service (depending on the location);
  • Health and Dental Insurance;
  • Food Allowance or Basic Basket.

In the Internship Program, there are about 220 entry-level positions available in various areas of the company. For these opportunities at the multinational, applicants must have expected graduation between June 2025 and June 2026 and also be available to work 6 hours a day during business hours.

For those accepted into the Raízen internship program, in addition to a grant of R$ 2,000, benefits such as the following are offered:

  • Learning Path;
  • Meal Allowance or use of the company restaurant;
  • Health and Dental Insurance;
  • Paid Time Off;
  • Transportation Assistance;
  • Life Insurance;
  • Gympass.

There are also entry-level positions available for the Affirmative Internship Program Transformar for People with Disabilities (PwD) and Black individuals (Black and Brown), which has the same requirements and benefits as the Internship Program but is aimed at those who fit within the affirmative criteria.

According to Beto Griner, VP of People, Raízen is excited about the opening of another one of its Talent Programs and the second cycle of the Transformar Program, which represents another step in its search for talents that contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment that Raízen is building.

In each of the processes, candidates who meet the required criteria, after selection, will undergo online tests, group dynamics, and interviews with Raízen leadership. Interested individuals can apply for the entry-level positions at Raízen until May 9 through the Company’s career website.
