Responsible for Providing Energy to 34 Million People, Neoenergia Opens Job Vacancies in Bahia for Maintenance Technicians and Analysts

With 13.7 million consumer units served by its four distributors – Coelba (BA), Celpe (PE), Cosern (RN), and Elektro (SP/MS) – Neoenergia is offering job vacancies in the state of Bahia for maintenance technicians and analysts. The company is responsible for providing energy to 34 million people, nearly 20% of the Brazilian population.

Technician – Maintenance of Lines and Networks I

Company of the position: COELBA
Reduce the number of random interruptions through the execution and analysis of thorough and prompt inspections in sub-transmission lines;
Ensure continuity in the supply of electric energy through the execution of corrective and preventive maintenance in de-energized sub-transmission lines;
Avoid breaking of joints and connections in overheated conductors through thermal imaging inspections;
Ensure quality and safety in interventions in the SEP through execution of maneuvers in sub-transmission lines and substations, following criteria from the operating unit;
Ensure the correct identification of sub-transmission lines through structure coding and phasing;
Contribute to the safety and operation of the SEP by preserving right-of-way corridors through inspections and notifications of invasions;

Junior Hiring Analyst

Request technical/commercial proposals, perform technical evaluations, negotiate, and award contracts until the contractual relationship with the Supplier is formalized through Contract, Framework Contract, and/or Purchase Order.
Carry out the contracting of procurement processes, manage their deadlines and processes, and monitor performance, checking compliance with corporate objectives.
Monitor and apply agreed price adjustments in procurement processes.
Support and validate invoices for materials when necessary.

Analyst – Information Management Jr

Conduct process studies to find the best rational path for business information to be processed and made available quickly to leadership;
Act in projects involving the analysis, maintenance, development, and implementation of software for supporting the monitoring and processing of demands from various work fronts.

Analyst – Support Sr

Ensure regulatory compliance through the implementation of solutions/features in line with regulations;
Support the business area in resolving demands related to the SAP CCS, CRM, BW, HANA, MOM system;
Contribute to the strategic decisions of the area of operation, staying updated on best market practices to ensure continuous improvement of processes that support commercial areas;
Prepare reports and presentations on the area’s performance;
Responsible for managing the system backlog, preparing quantitative and qualitative analyses to meet the demands of the Distributors;
