For This Reason, He Created a Working Group to Develop a Strategy to Empty the “Puxadinhos” of PSDB and Thus Encourage Job Opportunities for All.
The Governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas, created a group to modernize and improve personnel management policy. The goal is to streamline the State apparatus and reduce the job racketeering known as “puxadinhos do PSDB”. In the next 24 hours, the group will be challenged to prepare studies and propose solutions to simplify administrative processes.
Tarcísio de Freitas Is the Elected Governor of SP
The Chief of Staff, Arthur Lima, was appointed coordinator of a working group to promote administrative reform. The group consists of eight members, including two representatives from the Chief of Staff’s Office, the Secretary of Finance and Planning, the Secretary of Management and Digital Government, and the Attorney General of the State. The secretaries of the departments have five days to appoint members to this group, which will need to present a final report within 30 days.
The new Governor of São Paulo is changing the status quo by criticizing “various agencies in the government” that he considers “job rackets” and “ineffective small programs.” This is the first time in the last 28 years that a governor does not belong to PSDB, and he is bringing new ideas to improve public finances.

The Government of the State of São Paulo Is Discussing the Possibilities of Moving the Government Headquarters. The Minister of Infrastructure Has Advocated a Public-Private Partnership as a Way to Make the Project Viable.
The government of São Paulo is scheduling the first meeting of the Partnerships and Investments Program (PPI) for February 14. This meeting will discuss the possibility of relocating the central headquarters of the capital to a closer region. The information was confirmed by the government to Oeste, and during this meeting, a proposal to begin viability studies for a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) related to the relocation will be considered. This discussion will create a new horizon of hope and opportunities for the entire population of São Paulo.
Governor Tarcísio de Freitas intends to promote a PPP project to achieve his goal. To this end, he will rely on the partnership of the private sector and also on technical contributions from universities. A large contingent of 18,000 employees needs to be transferred to a single location in the city center, as 62 scattered buildings are insufficient to accommodate everyone. The goal is to transform this area into a major administrative hub.
The project envisions that the Palácio dos Campos Elíseos on Avenida Rio Branco will be transformed into the nerve center of the local public structure. The Museum of Favelas, currently located there, will house the governor’s office and will also feature public-private partnerships to provide development and execution of housing projects in vacant areas.
