Carla presented to the representatives of Aeropart the infrastructure offered by the municipality. The mayor also requested that the company hire workers from the municipality. “I ask for the awareness of the Aeropart group regarding the hiring of labor and the use of our services,” she emphasized.
Initially, a helipad will be implemented, functioning as a public civil aerodrome. The idea is to eventually have a runway for airplanes.
Aeropart has already obtained an environmental license from Inea, deliberation from the Brazilian Air Force Command (Comaer), and authorization from the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac). “We just need the license from the City Hall. We have already talked to the Secretary of Works and Services, Alexandre Magno, to meet all legal requirements,” said Francisco.
In addition to meeting the demands of the Açu Port, the Helipad also attracts the interest of Petrobras, attracting the visit of representatives from the state-owned company to the area that is already being prepared for construction earlier this week.
The representatives of Aeropart presented the mayor with the certificate of the Aerial Transport 2018, from Petrobras – Award of the Excellence Program in Air and Maritime Transport Operations – for performance in the management and safety of the Land Aerodrome.
