Works at Campo Grande Airport Will Modernize the Terminal, with New Boarding Bridges, Improvements to the Runway, and Suspension of Night Flights During Part of the Renovations
A Aena Brasil has started the expansion works at Campo Grande International Airport – Ueze Elias Zahran, the main airport terminal in Mato Grosso do Sul. The modernization includes significant improvements to the infrastructure of the location.
Among the main updates is the installation of boarding and disembarkation bridges, a long-standing demand from passengers. The project also includes renovations to the aircraft parking area, an expansion of the parking lot, a requalification of the runway, and the creation of protected escape areas.
Due to these interventions, night flights from Monday to Saturday will be temporarily suspended. Only on Sundays will landings and take-offs continue normally.
