Assembly Operator – Talent Pool
Requirements:
- Technical Degree in Industrial Mechanics, Mechatronics, Naval Construction, or equivalent regular course;
- Experience in assembling mechanical components;
- Metrology;
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings;
Mechanical Adjuster
- Executing general bench services, such as precision fitting in sealing areas, manual threading, finishing threads in general, breaking imperfect threads of any type, and eliminating sharp edges on parts;
- Fitting and/or manufacturing chucks based on defined drawings;
- Tracing parts for drilling and/or reaming operations;
- Identifying parts, such as: final machining of parts, components, or sets with serial number, drawing, production order, etc., as requested in the drawing or operation sheet.
CNC Machinist
- Machining parts on a lathe machine to obtain products and components for oil and gas equipment;
- Performing machining on CNC machines and with special tools such as: groove tools for channels, finishing Wiper inserts, machining off-center parts, and executing VAM threads (TOP, NEW VAM, and FHC);
- Conducting machining with common tools such as: roughing, finishing, and threading tools;
Manufacturing Intern
- Work with planners to ensure the availability of materials in the required time and quantity to meet the production plan;
- Support material scheduling, update delivery dates, monitor the progress of the shop floor, and follow up on purchases;
- Prepare reports to support decision-making and provide meaningful information to leadership;
- Interface with engineering, quality, production, logistics, supply, and finance. Automate manual reports through the use of programming languages. Work with different areas to improve internal processes through automation.
Control Center Operator
- Monitoring CCTV as described in the Port Public Security Plan of the terminal;
- Controlling access (Blocking access of employees with expired medical examinations, returning employees, vacationing employees, or absent employees);
- Controlling entry and exit of visitors on-site;
- Responding promptly to emails directed to the CCOS;
- Creating badges for third-party employees;
- Updating medical records;
- Updating the directory of internal phone extensions and public agency phones;
- Reserving parking spaces for visitors;
- Parking spaces for employees;
- Registering new BH employees in the system;
