The building under construction is the Pier Norte Residence, a high-standard condominium by the construction company Engemat.
According to an investigation by UOL, confirmed by the newspaper O Globo, more than 90% of the units have already been sold.
Furthermore, according to the disclosed information, the apartments cost between R$ 1.4 million and R$ 8.8 million.
