The Air Traffic Network of Minas Gerais Will Get a New Reinforcement. Latam Announced the Creation of the Route Uberaba–São Paulo/Guarulhos, with a Start Scheduled for January 2026. The Measure Promises to Facilitate Tourism and Boost Agriculture in the Triangle Region, Expanding the Company’s Presence in the Area.

Latam Airlines Brazil Will Launch a New Route Connecting Uberaba, in the Triangle Region, to Guarulhos Airport in São Paulo.

The operation starts on January 5, 2026, with three flights per week. The Initiative Aims to Strengthen Air Connectivity in Minas Gerais.

According to the Company, Tickets Will Be Available in the Coming Days on the Company’s Website.

The New Route Should Benefit Both Tourism and the Economy of the Region. “Latam’s New Route to Uberaba Will Facilitate Tourism in the Triangle Region, Allowing More People to Discover the Attractions of the Area. On the Economic Side, the Direct Connection to Guarulhos Airport, Latam’s Main Hub, Will Boost Business, Agriculture, and the Flow of Investments to the Region,” Said Aline Mafra, Sales and Marketing Director of the Company.

The Opening of the New Route is the Result of a Partnership with the Government of Minas Gerais, Through the State Secretariat of Economic Development (Sede-MG) and Invest Minas.

Today, Latam Operates About 185 Weekly Flights in Minas, with a Presence at the Airports of Belo Horizonte/Confins, Uberlândia, and Montes Claros.

The Company Also Operates International Flights, Such as the Confins-Santiago Route in Chile.
