This Tuesday’s corporate radar brings some important news to the business landscape. Petrobras (PETR4) announced investments of R$ 2 billion in the Gabriel Passos Refinery, Regap, aiming to improve energy efficiency, increase reliability, and reduce carbon emissions.

Americanas obtained court approval to dissolve its partnership with Vibra in BR Mania. Meanwhile, Totvs acquired the entirety of the social capital of the IP franchise for R$ 137.6 million.

In the third quarter, GPA reported a consolidated net loss of R$ 1.285 billion, while Lojas Quero-Quero posted a loss of R$ 12.3 million, an increase of 60.4% compared to the same period last year. On the other hand, Intelbras reported a profit of R$ 111 million in the third quarter, a decrease of 9.6% compared to the previous year. ISA Cteep recorded a profit 22.7% higher in the third quarter, totaling R$ 474.5 million.

São Martinho approved the implementation of a biogas production unit, which will receive investments of R$ 250 million and will have the capacity to produce 15.6 million normal cubic meters during the sugarcane harvesting period. Bahema announced the signing of a purchase and sale agreement for the sale of the shares held indirectly by the company in the International School Centro de Educação.
