The decrease in gasoline prices is R$ 0.0884 per liter, and in diesel it’s R$ 0.0922 per liter, on average.
The reduction in Petrobras prices reflects, mainly, the drop in international oil prices, due to market fears about potential weakening of demand with the restrictions in some countries, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Last Tuesday (08/09), Brent crude was quoted at US$ 39.76 per barrel, with a drop of almost 3%, on average, after previously being valued at US$ 34 in recent weeks.
The WTI, traded in the American market, is being quoted at US$ 36.65 per barrel.
Consumer Impact
The transfer of adjustments at Petrobras refineries to end consumers at gas stations, however, is not guaranteed, and depends on a series of issues, such as distribution and resale margins, taxes, and the mandatory addition of anhydrous ethanol.
