On Friday (7), the opening of registrations for the new contest of the City Hall of Maués – AM was announced. The public contest offers vacancies at the City Hall, in addition to a reserve list. This selection process is a unique opportunity for those seeking a solid and stable career.
List of Vacancies at the City Hall Open in Public Contest
The City Hall contest includes positions at the fundamental and higher levels, with salaries ranging from R$ 1,299.31 to R$ 1,518. Among the open opportunities in the selection process are:

In addition to these requirements, candidates interested in the selection process for vacancies at the City Hall must be a native or naturalized Brazilian, under the terms of the law, be at least 18 years old on the date of taking office, be in compliance with military obligations (for males), possess good physical and mental health for the performance of the position, as demonstrated by an official medical evaluation conducted by professionals appointed by the City Hall, have no criminal record in the last 5 years, and must not have been dismissed or removed from public service as a result of an administrative process, among others.
Registrations for the Public Contest Remain Open Until March
Registrations will be open from February 12 to 14, 2025, from 8 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm, and must be conducted in person at Escola Municipal Salum de Almeida, located at Rua São João, Ramalho Júnior.
The selection process will consist of two stages:
Title Evaluation – Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will pass to this stage, which consists of the analysis and scoring of titles and certificates, according to the criteria established in the notice.
Document Analysis – Evaluation of the documents submitted by candidates to verify compliance with the minimum requirements, with an eliminatory character.
Exams for the City Hall Contest
The public contest will include an objective exam, which aims to evaluate the theoretical knowledge level of the candidate, necessary for the performance of the job’s responsibilities, and a practical exam, to assess the candidate’s knowledge and skills through the demonstration of the activities inherent to the position, respecting the program content described in the contest notice from the City Hall.
The objective exam, consisting of 40 questions, is scheduled for March 16, with a duration of two hours.
