Management Information Analyst
Downtown, Rio de Janeiro
Minimum Requirements:
– Mastery of financial statements and financial/managerial analysis
– Complete higher education: Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
– Language: advanced English.
– Office Suite: advanced, especially Excel.
Desirable:
– Experience in the oil and gas sector.
Among the responsibilities, the following stand out:
– Load the Balance Sheet and Income Statement information from the accounting system to the BI – Business Intelligence system, and apply the relevant eliminations for a consolidated view;
– Conduct analysis of the information loaded in BI to ensure its accuracy and adherence to internal managerial needs and external disclosures;
– Prepare and make available reports in BI for monitoring business unit performance and areas by management and the board;
– Prepare a “Book” with Balance and consolidated Income information, by managerial account, by business unit, and by company, for performance monitoring by the board;
– Prepare financial statements and explanatory notes related to the Company and its subsidiaries, according to national and international accounting standards;
– Provide management reports, analyses, and other information related to financial statements to internal and external clients, such as filling out the accounting information system – SIC (of Serviços de Petróleo Constellation S/A), and IBGE surveys.
