Aclara Internship Program Offers In-Person Opportunities in Nova Roma and Aparecida de Goiânia. Initiative Seeks to Train Students to Work in the Sustainable Mining Sector with Focus on Energy Transition.
The company Aclara Recursos Minerais opened registrations on May 19, 2025 for its 2025 Internship Program, with vacancies aimed at university students from various fields.
Activities will be in-person and will take place in the cities of Nova Roma and Aparecida de Goiânia, in Goiás, where Aclara conducts research with rare earth elements — strategic elements for clean technologies, such as wind turbines and electric vehicles.
The internship will last initially for 12 months, with the possibility of extension for an equal period. The workload is 30 hours per week, distributed over six hours a day.

Carina Project Will Be the Focus of Activities
The internship will be linked to the Carina Project, the company’s main initiative in Brazil. The project is in the licensing phase and was authorized by the National Mining Agency (ANM) in September 2023.
The proposal is to train professionals with practical technical knowledge in activities related to the rare earths production chain, one of the most promising segments of global mining.
Activities will include technical and administrative operations. The company also offers a version of the internship for the vacation period, with a start planned for July 2025, exclusively in Nova Roma.
Requirements to Participate in the Internship
To participate in the selection process, candidates must be enrolled from the 4th semester of their undergraduate degree in the second semester of 2025.
The candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and availability to work in-person at one of the company’s units in Goiás.
Aclara values knowledge in English and/or Spanish, considering it a differential as it maintains partnerships in Latin America and North America.
