Course Details and Enrollment
There are a total of 3,750 spots for the course in Distance Education (EAD), with a workload of 120 hours, divided into four modules.
During the course, participants will have access to synchronous and asynchronous classes, using the Labtime platform, integrated with the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA) from Capes.
Enrollment for this opportunity can be made from November 4 to November 25, 2024, exclusively through the Selection Process System of CDeP3-Unesp, available on the official website of the institution. And the best part: participation is completely free!
Objective: Empowering for Diversity and Inclusion in Education
The course aims to essentially empower teachers and managers to implement pedagogical practices that favor ethnic-racial inclusion and the appreciation of quilombola communities.
Aligned with the National Equity Policy, the course focuses on Education for Ethnic-Racial Relations and Quilombola School Education (PNEERQ), ensuring training that contributes to a fairer and more equitable education.
How Will the Spots Be Distributed?
The 3,750 spots are divided between Broad Competition and Affirmative Actions.
Of these, 938 spots (25% of the total) are designated for Affirmative Actions, which include Black, Brown, Indigenous, Quilombola, people with disabilities, transgender, and cross-dressers.
The 2,812 remaining spots are for Broad Competition. If the spots for Affirmative Actions are not fully filled, they may be reallocated to Broad Competition.
Courses and Schedule
The course will begin in December 2024 and extend until May 2025.
In addition to the main content on ethnic-racial and quilombola relations, participants will have an introductory course on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to familiarize themselves with the technological tools that will be used throughout the classes.
