Applications Open at IF for Free Courses in 17 Campuses; Options Abound!
If you are thinking about boosting your studies in 2025, IF has great news: there are over 170 free courses with open vacancies for the first semester! That’s right, the Federal Institute (IF) has incredible opportunities waiting for you.
In the 17 IF campuses spread across Rio Grande do Sul – Alvorada, Bento Gonçalves, Canoas, Caxias do Sul, Erechim, Farroupilha, Feliz, Ibirubá, Osório, Porto Alegre, Restinga (Porto Alegre), Rio Grande, Rolante, Sertão, Vacaria, Veranópolis, and Viamão – there are options for free courses to suit all tastes. There are integrated high school programs, technical courses, and undergraduate degrees. And the best part: all are free and in-person (except for the technical course in Multimedia Didactics at the Osório Campus).

Where to Apply
Interested? Applications for the 2025/1 Selection Process at IF will be open from September 26 to October 14, 2024. Check the website ingresso.ifrs.edu.br for all the details in the “Courses” menu. Oh, and if you’re short on cash, you can request a waiver of the application fee until September 25, 2024. You can’t miss this opportunity, right?
