The Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (Ifes) has opened enrollment for 680 spots in technical and postgraduate courses in the distance learning modality (EAD). These opportunities are divided into two announcements and cover three courses, available at 11 in-person support centers in the state. In addition, students do not have to pay for the qualifications. Enrollments are already open!

It is important to highlight that announcements 59/2024 and 60/2024 are available for consultation on the Ifes website. Interested parties should pay attention to the enrollment deadlines and documentary requirements to not miss this opportunity for free qualification. Thus, Ifes continues to promote quality and accessible education for all.

Selection Process For The Free Technical Courses

In announcement 59/2024, 160 spots are offered for the technical course in Administration, in the distance learning modality with in-person moments. Half of these spots are reserved for affirmative actions, in accordance with current legislation.

Selection Process For The Free Postgraduate Courses

Meanwhile, announcement 60/2024 offers 520 spots for postgraduate courses, distributed across ten centers. These courses will be offered at a distance through the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA), with at least one mandatory in-person meeting per module.

Among the courses, there are 360 spots for the specialization in School Management for Education Professionals, distributed across nine centers, and 160 for the lato sensu specialization in Environmental Management, in four centers. In accordance with the Affirmative Action Policy, 25% of the spots are for black, brown, and indigenous people, and 5% for people with disabilities.

Requirements: Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any area recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) may participate in the selection.

Enrollment: Enrollment for the postgraduate courses also ends on June 29, on the Ifes website. The selection process will be conducted by lottery on July 2, with the final result announced on August 12.
