How It Works as an Administrative Assistant at Senai
With a total of 160 hours, the course is divided between 32 hours of live and online classes conducted via Microsoft Teams, and 128 hours of self-instructional EaD (Distance Education) content.
The schedule includes weekly meetings on Tuesdays from 8 AM to 12 PM, except for the Dois Vizinhos unit, where classes will be in-person on Tuesdays from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
The inaugural class is scheduled for September 24, 2024, and the course runs until December, with the last activities planned for December 3.
Who Can Participate
To enroll, you must be at least 14 years old, have completed elementary school (grades 1 to 5), have internet access, and be available to participate in synchronous meetings.
This is a valuable opportunity, especially for those facing challenges to enter or remain in the job market.
The classes cover fundamental topics for the administrative assistant role, such as organization and document control, administrative routines, basics of computer science, oral and written communication, marketing, human resources, and accounting.

A total of 175 spots are being offered, distributed among Senai units in Ponta Grossa, Pinhais, Foz do Iguaçu, Dois Vizinhos, Londrina, Cianorte, and the Industry Campus in Curitiba.
Each unit has 25 spots available, but due to the online format, candidates from all over the state who meet the eligibility criteria can apply, further expanding the course’s reach.
