Why work at ENEM
Working at ENEM is essential to guarantee democratic access to higher education in Brazil. This exam not only evaluates the learning of high school students, but also serves as a selection criterion for public and private universities.
ENEM was created in 1998 by the Brazilian Ministry of Education, initially to evaluate the quality of secondary education in the country. Over time, the exam gained more importance, being used as a selection criterion for entry into higher education institutions through systems such as SISEDUC and SISU.
In 2009, ENEM underwent a reformulation, including the application of tests with objective questions and an essay. Since then, it has become one of the main forms of access to higher education in Brazil, in addition to being used to grant scholarships and student financing, helping to democratize access to education.
