Raízen, Which Is a Global Reference in Bioenergy and the Third-Largest Brazilian Company by Revenue, Is Now Accepting Applications for the Second Cycle of Its 2024 Talent Program.
According to the information, there are a total of 240 vacancies across the country, and to apply for the Apprentice Program, interested candidates must be between 16 and 21 years old and be attending high school or a technical course.
Additionally, to participate in the program, which does not require prior experience, applicants must be available to work four or eight hours a day, during morning or afternoon shifts. According to the company, applications will be accepted until May 9.

According to the company, the opportunities encompass all areas of the organization, and selected candidates, in addition to a salary compatible with the market, will have access to benefits such as Learning Path, Transportation Voucher or Shuttle (depending on the location), Health and Dental Insurance, Meal Voucher or Basic Basket, and Annual Bonus.

According to Raízen, there are exclusive opportunities for the Transform Affirmative Internship Program, aimed at people with disabilities (PwD) and Black individuals (Afro-descendants). This program follows the same requirements and offers the same benefits as the standard Internship Program, but is targeted at individuals within the affirmative scope.
This occurs, according to the company, due to the organization’s efforts to promote a diverse work environment with equitable opportunities. In this sense, in a statement released to the press, Beto Griner, Raízen’s VP of People, reveals that the company’s team is excited about the opening of yet another Talent Program.

How the Selection Process Will Work
According to Raízen, in each of the processes, candidates who meet the requested requirements will undergo online tests, group dynamics, and interviews with Raízen’s leadership. If approved, the candidate will join Raízen’s team, which currently has more than 46,000 employees and 15,000 business partners across the country.
