The Global Trainee Program of the Steelmaker Ternium, Which Admits Young Recent Graduates, Will Take Place in the Municipality of Santa Cruz, in the State of Rio de Janeiro
The Global Trainee program is structured and aims to develop recent graduates to become the future leaders of the steelmaker. The trainee program includes a training plan aimed at boosting the development of the necessary skills to advance in their careers. Trainee positions open throughout the year, so the selection process remains open. The steelmaker invites recent graduates as opportunities arise.
The program lasts for two years and will give recent graduates the opportunity to participate in a rotation process, allowing them to get to know various operational units of the steelmaker in Brazil and abroad. During the training, selected recent graduates spend a week outside of Brazil, where they have the opportunity to meet other trainees and experience new opportunities. There are openings for various careers at the steelmaker, mainly related to engineering.
The steelmaker seeks recent graduates who have completed their degree between 2019 and 2022 and are available to work in person in Santa Cruz (RJ), with degrees in: Administration, Accounting, Social Communication, Computer Science, Economics, General Engineering, Psychology, Advertising and Marketing, Information Systems, and related areas, who can work both in person and in a Home Office mode, and have advanced knowledge of English.
