According to the AIs, the term “winner” does not mean military victory, but rather the ability to resist, rebuild, and maintain global influence after the war. Within this concept, the United States emerges as the only country capable of sustaining a central role in the post-war international scenario.

Several factors are cited as explanations:

Comprehensive Military Power: The U.S. has dominance in conventional, nuclear, and cyber areas.
Network of Allies: Strategic partnerships with NATO, Japan, South Korea, and Israel reinforce its position.
Self-Sufficiency: The country has autonomy in energy, food, and technology.
Location: It is bordered by two oceans, making direct attacks difficult.
Strong Industry: It has the capacity to sustain a prolonged conflict.
