Senai Is Offering Free Courses in Technology and the Prerequisite Is: Primary Education!
The National Service of Industry of São Paulo (Senai-SP) is open for enrollment for 90 thousand slots in free courses in Information Technology (IT). The initiative, in partnership with renowned companies such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, and Cisco, aims to strengthen the IT workforce in Brazil, according to the Catraca Livre website.
Currently, more than 25 thousand slots are available, with plans to open an additional 65 thousand by the end of the year. The courses cover 76 titles, distributed across 84 schools in the state of São Paulo, including training in Systems Development and Computer Networking, as well as improvements for certifications in Development, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Networks.
The Initiative of Senai’s Free Courses
The initiative, which has benefited more than 150 thousand students since 2021, aims to prepare participants to enter the job market. To enroll in Senai-SP’s free courses, you must be at least 16 years old, have completed primary education, and possess specific knowledge, which varies according to the course.
