- Have Completed High School;
- Be at least 18 years old by the course start date;
- For men, military exemption is required;
- Be a person with a disability (PwD) and have an updated medical report from the last 12 months;
- Reside in the city of Três Lagoas-MS. Transportation assistance will be provided;
- Be available to attend the course in the evening, from 6:45 PM to 9:55 PM.
