SENAI Selection Process
The selection process for this position includes several stages to ensure that selected candidates meet the job requirements. The first phase is the curriculum analysis, in which candidates’ experiences and education will be evaluated. Only the most aligned profiles will advance to the next stage, which consists of an interview with the Human Resources team, where behavioral competencies and specific knowledge will be assessed.
After this phase, candidates must present supporting documentation, followed by a technical interview with the area manager. At this stage, specific knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement will be analyzed. If approved, the candidate will undergo a medical examination and present admission documents. The selection will be concluded with formal hiring.

Mid-Level Analyst of Technical and Technological Services – Caxias do Sul/RS
The position is aimed at professionals in the industrial area with experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, PCP/PPCPM, logistics, or quality. The professional will be responsible for conducting technical and technological services, providing training, guiding internal and external clients, preparing reports, and participating in the development of projects and programs in the area of expertise. The work will be performed at the IST in Mechatronics, with a workload of 40 hours per week, from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Job Requirements
The candidate must have a completed higher education in Administration, Automation, Quality Management, Industrial Production Management, or related fields. Experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, process engineering, PCP/PPCPM, logistics, or quality is required. Knowledge in Value Stream Mapping, 5S Methodology, Equipment Efficiency (Availability, Performance, and Quality), and Quick Changeover (QCO) is also necessary. A valid driver’s license – category B and availability for travel are essential.
