The Social Service of Industry in Pernambuco (Sesi) is accepting applications for hundreds of free online courses. In total, there are 300 openings available through Sesi in Customer Satisfaction and Public Speaking skills training. Interested individuals have until July 16th to enroll, and it is important to remember that the classes are online. Each opportunity has 150 spots available.

The Customer Satisfaction course focuses on promoting customer satisfaction, taking into account that every service and product offered goes through the analysis lens of a company’s clientele, with the quality of them always being dependent on the demand and expectations the customer places on them.

The course also includes topics such as the concept of customer, needs and desires, differences between service and product, use of marketing tools, among others. The total duration of this training at Sesi is 40 hours.

The Public Speaking Skills course, which has a duration of 8 hours, focuses on teaching students strategies to cope with physical symptoms and negative thoughts during project presentations in the workplace.

Interested individuals must be at least 16 years old, have access to and basic knowledge of using the internet, email, and basic computer skills, among others.

After enrolling, candidates have 30 days to study the content and complete the course, which offers a completion certificate recognized by the MEC.

Enrolled individuals should pay attention to the registration deadlines, which always occur by the 15th of the current month. After completing the online classes, there is an assessment on the educational platform. Those who achieve at least 70 points in this stage will be entitled to a certificate of approval.
