TAG and Unigel signed a natural gas transport agreement in Bahia and Sergipe
This is the first relevant natural gas transport contract signed with a new agent in the context of the sector's unbundling and opening of the gas market in Brazil involving Sergipe and Bahia together with Tag and Unigel.

Transportadora Associada de Gás SA – TAG and Proquigel Química SA – Proquigel, a company that is part of the Unigel Group, signed an interruptible contract for the transport of natural gas to supply two fertilizer factories operated by the petrochemical company, in Bahia and Sergipe.
The agreement, which began on January 29, provides for the delivery of 2,3 million cubic meters (Mm³) of gas per day.

Sergipe and Bahia
The Sergipe factory will be the first factory to receive the input as part of the new business, with an average volume of 1,1 million m³ per day, while the Bahia factory will receive an average of 1,2 million m³/d, with expected to start in March.
TAG owns the country's most extensive transport pipeline network, with approximately 4.500 km, which account for 47% of the country's total gas transport network.
There are 3.700 km in the coastal region of Brazil, passing through almost 200 municipalities in nine Brazilian states – Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Alagoas, Sergipe, Bahia, Espírito Santo and Rio de Janeiro – and another 800 km in the Amazon, in a section that connects the oil region of Urucu to Manaus, in the Amazon.
