Goodbye Hilux SRX, the automotive giant Toyota surprised the market by discontinuing the Hilux SRX in Brazil. The version was the most popular of the pickup, accounting for 44% of model sales in the previous year. However, Toyota has already introduced a replacement, the SRX Plus.
The company explained to Auto+ that “the SRX version is still part of the Hilux portfolio, but now under the name SRX Plus. This update is part of the company’s sales strategy. The available versions now include Chassis, Single Cab, STD Power Pack, SR, SRV, SRX Plus, and GR-Sport.”

It has seven airbags, four-wheel disc brakes, and a 360-degree camera. The 9-inch multimedia center includes USB, Bluetooth, and wireless connectivity with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Price Difference Between The Hilux SRX and SRV To The SRX Plus
Offered in six colors (Polar White, Granite Gray, Mist Silver, Attitude Black, Volcano Red, and Lunar White), the Toyota SRX Plus pickup has a price of R$ 334,890, an increase from R$ 324,490 for the SRX. The price difference from the Hilux SRV to the SRX now stands at R$ 62,700. The pickup retains the 2.8 turbo diesel four-cylinder engine, producing 204 hp and 50.9 kgfm of torque, coupled with a six-speed automatic transmission and 4×4 traction.
