Main Responsibilities of the Position
The routine of the Multifunctional Toolmaker at Toyota involves basic maintenance activities and technical support for production tools and molds. Key responsibilities include:
- Perform simple maintenance and adjustments on low-complexity tools;
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance with the technical team;
- Observe initial failures in equipment and report possible issues;
- Participate in the calibration process of tools under supervision;
- Control the inventory of parts and record all interventions performed;
- Maintain organization and safety in the work environment, using PPE according to internal regulations.
