Toyota Corolla Cross: Power and Efficiency
The Toyota Corolla Cross XRX will have under the hood the already known 2.0 Dynamic Force flex engine, with four inline cylinders and 16 valves, with intelligent variable control VVT-iE. It also features direct and indirect fuel injection system D-4S, a combination that, according to the brand, ‘maintains the efficiency of the engine without increasing fuel consumption’.

The new version of the Toyota Corolla Cross offers the driver a maximum power of 177hp (169hp with gasoline in the tank) and a torque of 21.4 kgf/m at 4,400 rpm, regardless of the fuel in the tank of the SUV.
The mechanical set of the Corolla Cross XRX also has the Direct Shift automatic transmission, which simulates the shifting of 10 gears, but with the smoothness of a CVT transmission combined with the feel of direct acceleration, ensuring greater efficiency in any speed range.
The Corolla Cross XRX has safety as one of its standout features. The Japanese automaker equipped the new version of the SUV with the key features of the Toyota Safety Sense package:
