Who Can Apply?

The public notice allows professionals with a higher education degree in fields such as Administration, Public Management, Arts, Humanities, or Social Sciences to apply, provided they have a lato sensu postgraduate degree in Management and Cultural Production or related areas.

In addition, it is essential that the candidate has qualifications compatible with the course’s pedagogical project, a requirement that varies according to the location of the vacancy. Check the details below:

Campina Grande – 3 Positions

Undergraduate degree in Administration, Public Management, Arts, or related fields.
Lato sensu postgraduate degree in Management and Cultural Production.
Workload: 20 hours per week (in-person and remote).
Salary: R$ 1,100.00.

João Pessoa – 2 Positions

Undergraduate degree in any area required by the public notice, compatible with the course’s pedagogical project.
Workload: 20 hours per week (in-person and remote).
Salary: R$ 1,100.00.

How Does the Selection Work?

The selection process will be conducted exclusively digitally. Interested candidates must fill out an application form available on the Permanent Commission for Competitions (CPCon) website of UEPB and send the required documents to the email indicated in the public notice.

The analysis of candidates will be based on the documentation submitted, including diploma, postgraduate certificate, and resume.

According to the public notice, points will be assigned to each candidate based on their academic background and professional experience in the area of Management and Cultural Production.

Those approved will be called according to the course’s needs. Those who are not called immediately will remain on a waiting list and may be called later.
