The selection process encompasses different levels of activity for training teachers I and II and tutors, who will be distributed among postgraduate and undergraduate courses in areas such as:

Postgraduate in Teaching in Professional and Technological Education
Postgraduate in Distance Education in Professional and Technological Education
Postgraduate in Management in Professional and Technological Education
Postgraduate in Education, Diversity, and Social Inclusion
Postgraduate in Strategies for Nature Conservation
Undergraduate in Technology in Public Management

These courses cover a variety of essential topics for current education and aim to train qualified professionals for the academic field and public management.

Remuneration at the Federal Institute

The scholarships offered vary according to the position and the candidate’s experience. Below are the amounts offered for each position:

Training Teacher I: R$1,850.00, requiring at least three years of experience in higher education.
Training Teacher II: R$1,550.00, requiring a minimum of one year of experience in higher education.
Tutor: R$1,100.00, requiring at least one year of experience in basic or higher education teaching.

It is important to highlight that, according to IFMS, the amount of scholarships may undergo updates according to new institutional guidelines. This salary adjustment is essential to maintain competitiveness and ensure alignment with the needs of the distance education market.

Link and Working Conditions

The selected candidates for these positions will act as service providers and will not have a formal employment relationship with IFMS. According to the institution, this flexible contract characteristic allows termination without prior notice, attending to IFMS’s administrative needs.

Selection Process and Result Announcement

The selection process will be conducted based on a curriculum assessment, according to the documentation provided.

According to IFMS, candidates who are already part of the Institute will have priority for the position of training teacher.

The announcement of preliminary and final results will be made between the days 25 and 29 of November.

O valor é vergonhoso! Mais fácil qualquer outra profissão que não exige um estudo mais prolongado, uma vez que ser professor exige mais estudo e não é valorizado. A EDUCAÇÃO MERECE RESPEITO
