The Composition Assistant role requires a minimum of a completed high school education, along with knowledge of the Office Suite.
As with the other positions, it is also mandatory to be available to work in a 4×4 rotating shift.
The position is intended for residents of Resplendor (MG) or nearby cities.

The assistant also monitors rest periods between shifts, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
