The professional will be responsible for structuring and executing the training strategy aimed at the Multi-brand Direct Sales channel.

The position also requires developing action plans related to NPS and performance by category, focusing on recurring issues and improvement opportunities observed in the channel.

There will be constant collaboration with various areas — VD Channel, FVC, Categories, and Communication — to integrate initiatives, optimize resources, and ensure coherence between content, commercial strategy, and execution.

The company requires complete higher education in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related areas.

Experience with channels, communication, or categories is also requested, indicating that professionals familiar with commercial operations, trade marketing, or reseller service are valued.

The position demands experience in project management, necessary to organize rollout cycles and pilot initiatives.

Proficiency in Google Slides and Google Sheets is mandatory, used to produce training materials and consolidate performance data.
