The FIESC System Foundation, through Sesi, has opened a selection process for orthopedic physician with activity in Florianópolis and São José (SC).

The position offers a monthly salary of R$ 12,142.31, a workload of 100 hours per month — equivalent to about 25 hours per week —, indeterminate CLT contract, and activities focused on expert evaluation and assistance in occupational and social security health.

Duties and Responsibilities

The professional will be responsible for conducting clinical consultations, diagnostics, and expert evaluations in patients with diseases or injuries of the musculoskeletal system.

Responsibilities include analyzing fitness for work, issuing technical reports, and participating in multiprofessional medical boards, according to FIESC guidelines.

The role also involves interface with Health and Safety teams and compliance with internal medical protocols, in a morning shift, with hours adjusted to the demands of Sesi units in each municipality.

The position is permanent (CLT) and is linked to the Sesi/FIESC units in Florianópolis and São José.

Applicants must be physicians with a complete degree and specialization in Orthopedics, active CRM, and Specialist Qualification Registration (RQE).

The Cultural Fit and Skills Test will also take place between 11/05 and 11/11/2025, exclusively for those who validated their registration.

According to the regulations, the institution may set a cut-off score based on performance in the test.

The curriculum analysis will be announced on 11/12/2025, and approved candidates will participate in a competency-based interview on 11/13/2025, held online, lasting approximately 20 minutes.

The evaluation includes criteria such as organization, communication, teamwork, and proactivity, as described in the announcement.

The final result is expected on 11/14/2025.

FIESC informs that candidates who do not meet the deadlines for each stage may be disqualified.
