Registrations Open Until November 6 on Fapec’s Website; Selection Offers Varied Courses, from Medicine to Law, Throughout the State.

The State University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UEMS) has officially opened registrations for the 2026 Entrance Exam. There are 871 vacancies distributed across different cities in the State, in bachelor and degree courses.

Those interested can register until November 6, 2025, exclusively online, on Fapec’s website: https://concurso.fapec.org.

The selection process, called UEMSVest, is regulated by the Registration Notice No. 178/2025 and includes various fields such as Medicine, Law, Agronomy, Nursing, Psychology, Computer Science, Engineering, Languages, Education, among others. The registration fee is R$ 100, but candidates can request exemption until October 15.

Exams and Calendar

The UEMS 2026 Entrance Exam is scheduled for November 23, in the morning. The exam will be conducted in 18 municipalities, including Campo Grande, Dourados, Três Lagoas, Naviraí, Ponta Porã, and Corumbá.

The test will consist of 60 objective questions in the areas of Natural Sciences, Humanities, Languages, and Mathematics, in addition to a qualifying essay. The total duration will be five hours.

The preliminary answer key will be released on November 26. The final result of the selection process will be available on January 20, 2026. The calls for enrollment will begin in February, according to the institution’s academic calendar.

Inclusion and Specialized Assistance

The notice provides special testing conditions for candidates who require differentiated assistance. People with disabilities, nursing mothers, and candidates with global developmental disorders can request adjustments at the time of registration.

Available Courses

The list of offered courses is extensive and covers various areas of education. In Aquidauana, for example, there are vacancies for Agronomy, Law, Forest Engineering, and Animal Science. In Campo Grande, the courses are divided into different units: Moreninhas will have Public Administration and Law; at the Santo Amaro campus, options include Biological Sciences, Speech Therapy, Medicine, Psychology, Pedagogy, Tourism, Occupational Therapy, Geography, and Languages with a focus on Portuguese/Spanish and Portuguese/English.

In Dourados, UEMS offers courses in Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Law, Nursing, Pedagogy, and Information Systems.

In Maracaju, there are vacancies for Administration and Agronomy. Paranaíba will have two classes of Law, one in the morning and one at night. In Nova Andradina, the option is Civil Engineering.

Other cities are also included, such as Bataguassu, Cassilândia, Coxim, Jardim, Mundo Novo, Naviraí, and Ponta Porã, which will have vacancies for Accounting Sciences.
