The State University of Maringá (UEM) announced, through Bulletin No. 045/2024-CVU, the opening of the 2025 entrance exam. There will be 1,050 spots distributed across various free online undergraduate courses (EaD). The free undergraduate courses aim to primarily provide quality academic training to meet market demands and public education needs. The online modality (EaD) ensures flexibility for students, combining online classes, discussion forums, virtual seminars, and regular assessments. The workload varies depending on the course, with the expectation of completion within timelines set by the institution.

Available Spots and Locations

The 2025 EaD entrance exam offers 1,050 spots, distributed between general competition and affirmative policies (social quotas, quotas for Black individuals, and people with disabilities). The free online courses (EaD) will be offered at hubs located in various cities in Paraná, such as Maringá, Londrina, Paranavaí, among others.

Selection Processes

The selection process consists of an online essay exam, which will be held on February 23, 2025. Candidates can also apply for the spots reserved through affirmative policies, and they must prove the requirements specified in the bulletin. The final classification will take the essay score into account.

Registration Requirements

To participate in the free online undergraduate courses (EaD), candidates must have completed high school and present valid identity documents. Internet access and an electronic device are necessary to take the essay exam. Those who wish to register under the quotas must provide proof of the required criteria.
