The free professional training courses offered by the UFV will be open until the next Monday, July 12th.
UFV – Federal University of Viçosa, recognized by MEC as the 7th best university in Brazil, now offers 52 free online professional training courses. The university, through the Centro de Ensino e Desenvolvimento Agrário de Florestal (Cedaf), is offering courses in Initial and Continuing Training (FIC) completely free of charge, which are part of the Novos Caminhos 2021 Program and last for 16 weeks. Administrative assistant – Details of this option of free professional training courses: 160h; Minimum Education: Elementary School II (6th to 9th) – Complete; Professional Profile: Performs administrative processes and support activities in human resources, finance, production, logistics and sales. Serves suppliers and customers. Provides and receives information about products and services. Handles different documents. Minimum age: 15 years.
Accounting Assistant – Details of this option of free professional training courses: 160h; Minimum Education: Elementary School II (6th to 9th) – Complete; Professional Profile: Performs, codifies and classifies records and bookkeeping. Performs accounting reconciliations, payments, conference of tax books and tax returns. Prepares balance sheets, balance sheets and accounting statements, payroll and terminations. It controls account plans, calculates asset costs, labor, social and social security charges, taxes, fees, charges and taxes and calculates financial results. Minimum age: 16 years old.
Logistic assistant – Details of this option for free professional training courses: 160h; Minimum Education: High School – Incomplete; Professional Profile: Assists in the application of procedures for logistics, receipt, storage, movement, dispatch and distribution of materials and products. Collaborates in the control of logistics operations from the perspective of multimodality. Minimum age: 15 years.
Topography Designer – Details of this option of free professional training courses: Minimum Education: Elementary School II (6th to 9th) – Complete; Professional Profile: Makes topographic drawings for application in architecture and engineering using graphic software. Review drawing requests. Interprets supporting documents (blueprints, projects, catalogues, sketches and standards). It defines formats, scales and representation systems according to technical standards. Draw details. Minimum age: 15 years.
Mechanical Designer – Details of this option of free professional training courses: 160h; Minimum Education: Elementary School II (6th to 9th) – Complete; Professional Profile: Creates and details drawings of parts and mechanical assemblies, using CAD (computer-aided design) tools and software, following technical standards. Minimum age: 15 years.
Renewable Energy Systems Electrician – Details of this option of free professional training courses: 200h; Minimum Education: Elementary School I (1st to 5th) – Complete; Professional Profile: Analyzes, quantifies and performs installation, repair and electrical maintenance of residential and commercial power generation systems using photovoltaic solar panels and/or small wind turbines. Minimum age: 15 years.
