The registration deadline for the Banco do Brasil competition has been postponed, according to a statement made by the Cesgranrio Foundation. The selection, which has 6,000 vacancies for high school clerk positions, now accepts applications on its website until March 3, 2023. Still in the statement published by the Cesgranrio Foundation regarding the Banco do Brasil competition, it is informed that the other dates of the selection process will not be altered. The execution of the objective tests that are part of the competition will proceed, as scheduled, on April 23.
Both objective tests, including an essay, will be used to evaluate the candidates. The tests will have a total duration of five hours and will include a total of seventy questions, with 25 referring to general knowledge and 45 focused on more specific content.
In the Banco do Brasil competition, candidates who obtain an overall score of less than 50% in the set of objective exams, a score of less than 50% in the Basic Knowledge section, or a score of less than 50% in the Specialized Knowledge section will be disqualified.
Additionally, candidates who score zero in any of the evaluation categories will be disqualified. Only the essays of those who have been approved will be assessed, and only for positions that do not exceed three times the total number of open positions and the number of people registered for the reserve.
The elimination approach will be used in the evaluation of the essay. The argumentative essay format will be utilized for the exam. The test will be worth a total of 100 points, and to pass, candidates need to score at least 70 points.
July 14 is reserved for the announcement of the final result. Once the competition is completed, the title of the approved candidate will be valid for one year, with the possibility of renewal for the same period.
