Raízen, A Bioenergy Company Producing Ethanol and Other Products Derived from Sugarcane, Is Offering Hundreds of Entry-Level Vacancies in Its 2023 Young Apprentice Program.

Raízen, an integrated energy company that markets sugarcane-derived products such as ethanol, fuels, sugar, and bioenergy, is ending the week with open registrations for its Young Apprentice Program, focusing on filling entry-level positions in several states across the country. The opportunities are for apprentices in Bioenergy Parks, Distribution Terminals, and Airports.

Those interested in applying for the vacancies must meet the required criteria: have completed elementary school, be in high school or vocational training, aged between 16 and 22 years, and be available to work 20 hours per week. Interested candidates can apply until December 30, 2022, and will participate in a selection process that includes a video stage, online dynamic, and hiring process. Register Online and answer some questions that assess whether your personality and the future you seek align with Raízen’s culture.

The video stage aims to get to know the candidate for Raízen’s Young Apprentice program better. If the candidate meets the prerequisites for this position, including geolocation and necessary qualifications, they will receive an invitation to submit a video answering a specific question on the company’s platform.

The online dynamic will occur after the videos have been selected. In this dynamic part, there will be an online meeting with other candidates and managers, where the company will get to know the candidate better and select the new Raízen intern team.

The hiring process will take place from February 17 to March 20. Candidates who reach this stage have already received approval for the position, and they will only need to submit documents and undergo a medical examination.

In an effort to innovate and provide a different experience that adds more value to the selection process of its future employees, Raízen has partnered with TAQE, an application that trains and connects young people to new opportunities.
