Valaris Limited (NYSE: VAL) announced the sale of the jackup platform VALARIS 247 to BW Energy for approximately US$ 108 million. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025, subject to usual conditions.

According to the agreement, BW Energy will be restricted to operating the unit only in owned or affiliated assets during the remaining useful life of the platform.
