Vale, in partnership with Firjan Senai, is offering a unique opportunity for residents of Coroa Grande and Vila Geni, in Itaguaí. There are 50 free spots available in introductory professional courses in the areas of Digital Marketing and Warehouse Management. Enrollment for the course spots, which aim to prepare participants for the job market, will be open from September 1 to 4.
Vale Courses for Professional Training in the Region
The spots in Vale’s courses will be held at CE Professora Maria Izabel Couto Brandão, located in Coroa Grande. This initiative is an integral part of the Job Market Preparation Program (PPMT), which seeks to enhance the professional qualification of local residents. To enroll, you must be over 18 years old, reside in Coroa Grande or Vila Geni, and have completed or be scheduled to complete elementary education this year.

Details of the Courses Offered
Classes will be held in person from Monday to Friday. In the Warehouse Management course, selected candidates will have the opportunity to learn how to schedule, store, and control the receipt of materials, as well as update location records, conduct periodic inventories, and follow technical, safety, and environmental standards.
For those opting for the Digital Marketing course, the concepts will include the development of digital strategies, campaign planning, content creation and production for social media, and user navigation identification and mapping. It is important to note that there is no link between the offered qualification and the company’s hiring of labor.

Enrollment for course spots will take place in person from September 1 to 4, from 2 PM to 8 PM, by means of distributed tickets. Those interested in enrolling for the course spots can go to Firjan Senai Itaguaí, located at Rodovia Rio Santos, LT J-1, quadra 97, Zona Industrial. The necessary documents include the original official identification with photo (ID or driver’s license), original CPF, proof of residence, proof of education, and a valid email address.
Classes are planned to take place from September to December 2023, providing participants with a valuable opportunity to enhance their skills and prepare for the job market.
