One of the greatest fears of Transpetro workers regarding COVID-19, as the CPG has been reporting for some time, is the issue of safety aboard the ships of the subsidiary concerning the virus transmission rate and the measures to prevent it.

According to Transpetro in previous statements, all safety measures aboard their maritime units have been taken, along with state health surveillance agencies.
On the other hand, employees report that employees of subcontracted companies do not undergo quarantine before boarding the ships, nor are tests for COVID-19 detection conducted.
