Main Responsibilities of the Position
The Full Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for various activities related to food safety and the quality of Vigor products. Among the main duties, the following stand out:
Ensure compliance with Prerequisite Programs (PPR) and Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF);
Conduct inspections and internal audits related to the Quality Management and Food Safety System (SGQSA);
Manage HACCP plans, ensuring compliance with corporate, regulatory, and legal requirements;
Supervise the management of critical services, including pest control, laboratories, and laundry;
Provide training on quality and food safety for the teams at the unit;
Implement and maintain programs such as Food Fraud and Food Defense;
Monitor regulatory changes and their impacts on the company’s processes;
Analyze and address non-conformities, proposing continuous improvements for quality assurance.
Requirements for the Job Vacancies
Vigor is looking for professionals with a solid academic background and experience in the field. To apply, it is necessary to have:
Technical or higher education in food engineering, food technology, nutrition, biology, chemistry, quality, or related areas;
Knowledge of Food Safety standards, FSSC 22000, Internal Auditing, HACCP, and PPR/BPF;
Understanding of industrial hygiene, microbiology, and environmental monitoring;
Skills in communication, planning, organization, and resilience;
A valid driver’s license will be considered a plus.

Work Location: Passos – MG;
Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM;
Model: 100% on-site;
Number of Vacancies: 2;
Contract: CLT – Permanent (part-time mornings);
